Cereal Box Drive
Canadian Martyrs will collect cereal boxes in support of the Newmarket Food Pantry. All donations will help us create our first ever Cereal Box Domino. On March 11, students will watch the dominos fall, symbolizing how each small act of kindness comes together to make a big impact for families in need.

YCDSB Placed Under Supervision by Minister of Education
On Thursday, March 5, 2026, the Minister of Education placed the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) under supervision. While under supervision, all decisions that would normally be made by trustees, with the exception of denominational matters, will now be made by the appointed Supervisor, Carrie Kormos.
